Join us at our new location and experience the ultimate in hair artistry. Booking & Deposit Policy At Waves By Katie, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To secure your booking, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients booking chemical appointments, which will go toward the total cost of your service. Please note that deposits are forfeited for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice as well as no-shows, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any future bookings. No Refund Policy At Waves By Katie, I'm committed to delivering exceptional service and unparalleled results. Due to the loss of time and product associated with each appointment, I do not offer refunds. Late Arrival Policy To ensure all clients receive timely and attentive service, please be advised that a $30 late fee will be applied to your final service total for arrivals 15 minutes or more beyond your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may require rescheduling and will be considered a no-show, incurring our no-show fee. Adjustment Policy Adjustments are always accommodated within the first two weeks after your initial appointment. Please note that additional charges will be applied for adjustments made after the first two weeks. I'll work with you to find a solution that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.
